This enquiry form is for adult learners, parents, legal guardians or another competent adult. A child under 18 should not complete it directly. Submitting this form does not verify parental authority or give consent for later collection of a child’s sensitive information.
Study With Sadie uses the limited information submitted through this form to:
– respond to your enquiry;
– understand which academic support option may be relevant;
– arrange a follow-up conversation; and
– protect the form and website against spam, misuse and security threats.
The form requires your name, email address and privacy consent. Your telephone number and a short message (up to 180 characters) are optional. We do not request learner age, curriculum, previous schooling, lesson type or sensitive learner details in this form.
Please do not include the learner’s full name, identity number, diagnosis, medical or neurodivergence information, school reports, academic records or other sensitive information in this public form. If further information is genuinely needed, we will request it later through a more appropriate parent intake process and provide a specific notice first.
We may share the information only with authorised Study With Sadie personnel and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure managed through Coolify.
Resend delivers enquiry emails and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form. Google Maps loads automatically on the homepage. Some providers process information outside South Africa; see the Privacy Policy for information about cross-border processing.
If an enquiry does not lead to enrolment, we will delete or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably needed for the enquiry, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirement. If the learner enrols, information that remains
necessary will be managed under the full Privacy Policy and the applicable parent agreement.
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing where applicable, or withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
